💰 Platform Fees

Bridge charges a 10% ticket fee on every paid ticket sold, plus future booking platform fees when applicable.

Bridge keeps 10% of every ticket sold — no matter what. This applies on every plan, free or paid, with no exceptions. Hosts can sell unlimited tickets and set their own ticket cap manually per event, and keep the rest minus processing fees. Includes digital tickets, QR codes, and check-ins.

How payments work

Terms reminder

Hosts & businesses

  • Bridge keeps a 10% platform fee on every paid ticket and booking sold through the platform.
  • Hosts must be verified before selling tickets.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

Customers & workers

  • Payment for Local Jobs and services is arranged and exchanged directly between the customer and the worker. Bridge does not process, hold, or escrow these funds.
  • Bridge provides the tools to connect, communicate, and record a digital agreement, but is not a party to any payment made directly between users.
  • Customers and workers are responsible for agreeing on price, payment method, and timing before work begins.

Reporting a payment dispute

  1. 1.Contact the other party first to try to resolve the issue directly.
  2. 2.If unresolved, open a report from the listing or profile with details and any proof of payment.
  3. 3.Bridge reviews reports to protect community trust — repeated or fraudulent behavior can lead to lost reputation, badges, or removal.
  4. 4.For tickets, subscriptions, and boosts paid through the app, contact Bridge support for in-app refund and dispute handling.

How refunds work

  • In-app payments (tickets, subscriptions, boosts): refunded through the original payment method via Bridge support, subject to each item's refund window.
  • 24-hour boosts: non-refundable once active; refundable only if the ad never activated.
  • Verification fees: non-refundable once verification is processed.
